Garlic Shrimp ✨

Ingredients:

1 stick of butter (about 1/2 cup)

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 medium red onion thinly sliced

About 10 garlic cloves (finely minced)

Directions:

Preheat your stainless steel pan

Add the butter and olive oil and cook until completely melted and combined
Then add the garlic and cook for a few minutes until fragrant and add the red onion and cook until its softeened.
Add shrimp that has been patted dry
Once shrimp is almost cooked add
cilantro and salt to taste.
(I like a lot of cilantro so I probably
used I/2 bunch without the stems)
Cook untill shrimp is fully cooked (looks pink and forms a C) and serve with rice and a drizzle lemon juice 🍋
